Cancellation Policy

We require 24-hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows reasonable opportunity for someone else to book this time slot. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment. We do understand that life happens, so please do communicate as best you can to avoid being charged as a no-show.
